	*Provide product and vendors sourcing guide/ tour for on-site visit before 
         order placement

	*Screening of factories & prepare writing report after the visit;

	*Follow up development sample/ price negotiation

	*Monitor bulk production until final shipment

	  (checking on approval samples, seal samples, scheduled online & final 
         inspection)

All these could be done on the basis of an agency agreement with commission scheme.
